Invoice & Payment Chaser

Find overdue invoices, draft polite reminders for your approval, and add a payment link so clients can pay right away.

Invoice & Payment Chaser workflow: overdue invoices flow into reminder drafts, a person approves each one, then the email goes out with a payment link.

Who it's for: Service business (solo to about 20 people) with overdue invoices in Stripe or QuickBooks Online
The problem: I finish the work and send the invoice, then weeks go by. Chasing late payers is awkward, easy to forget, and eats time I should spend on paying work.

Pick your invoice source: Stripe or QuickBooks Online. Follow that server's setup guide (linked in the tools table).
Connect the Gmail MCP server using Google's setup guide (linked in the tools table).
Set your reminder sequence and tone in the AI client, and keep approval on for every send.

Test results

Not tested yet. Each tool was confirmed to exist on 2026-10-14.

Testing will run each workflow above in a sandbox account, record pass, partial or fail, and note the trust scores and plan tiers each tool needs.

How we test

Limits and risks

Not yet tested: we have not confirmed that each server can do every step above in a real account.
You need either Stripe or QuickBooks Online for invoices. Payment-link creation is planned for the Stripe option only.
Reminder emails go to your clients. Keep approval on for every send; a wrong amount or tone can damage a client relationship.
Invoice data includes client names and amounts. Check each vendor's data and security terms before connecting.

Will it send emails to my clients on its own?

No. This stack is designed to wait for your approval before each reminder goes to a client.

What does it cost?

TBD. We have not yet checked and dated each vendor's pricing page. Cost also depends on your plans and on the AI client you use.

Has this been tested?

Not yet. Its status is Researched: we confirmed each tool exists in the vendor's docs on 2026-10-14. See How we test for what testing will cover.

Do I need both Stripe and QuickBooks Online?

No. You need one of them as your invoice source, plus Gmail for sending.
