What it automates

Stays with a person
- You review and send every outreach email yourself. The stack only creates drafts.
- You approve every estimate before it is finalized or sent. The stack never finalizes, sends, or charges.
- You keep Hunter's sequence and send tools turned off in your AI client
- You check anti-spam rules before cold outreach

Setup steps
Outline from vendor docs. Not yet tested.
- Create a free Hunter account and connect the Hunter MCP (OAuth, or your API key in the X-API-Key header). Turn off Start-Sequence and any send, campaign, or email-account tools in your AI client.
- Connect the Gmail MCP server using Google's setup guide. It can create drafts but not send.
- Create a Stripe restricted agent key (write: Customers, Invoices, Invoice items) or use OAuth. Start in test mode. Set Stripe write tools to ask before running.
- Download the workflow file once this stack passes testing (it is published here then): the prompt pack covers each step, and the n8n file runs the estimate and follow-up draft on demand.

Limits and risks
- The estimate is a Stripe draft invoice labeled "Estimate", not an e-signed quote. Stripe's MCP doesn't offer its Quotes API.
- Human-approval rule: a person must approve before an estimate is finalized or sent. Stripe's MCP would let an agent finalize or send it, so set your client to ask first.
- Hunter's MCP includes tools that send email sequences, and the server doesn't ask for confirmation. Turn them off.
- Stripe's MCP can't delete drafts. Remove rejected estimates in the Stripe Dashboard.
- Hunter returns real people's names and emails. Store only what you need, and check anti-spam rules (e.g. CAN-SPAM) before cold outreach.
- Upgrade path, not tested by us: PandaDoc's MCP for quotes with pricing tables and e-signature.
Questions
Will it email prospects on its own?
No. Outreach and follow-ups are created as Gmail drafts. You read and send each one. Keep Hunter's sequence tools turned off.
Is the estimate a real quote?
It's a Stripe draft invoice labeled "Estimate" with your line items and total. It isn't e-signed. Nothing is finalized, sent, or charged until you approve it. If you need e-signed quotes, PandaDoc is a possible upgrade we haven't tested yet.
Has this been tested?
Not yet. It is In testing. Our first runs started on 2026-10-14, and results publish on this page once every step passes, including a rerun in Claude or ChatGPT and trust scores for every server. The workflow file is published only after that.
What does it cost?
TBD. Hunter's Free plan (50 credits a month) was enough for our test, and Stripe test mode is free. We haven't yet checked and dated each vendor's pricing page.
